Well, alpha blue has done it again. Put together some rare things that
are poorer quality than they should be.
Woman in pink- washed out, dark with very little color;
Fleash and Estacy. _ ok transfer;
Video Tramp (3 scenes)- Washed out;
Night of loving dangerousely- fair transfer.
Enchantress- fair but a but washed out as far as I can tell. The dvd
froze so I could not see it.
BTW, any news if this movie will be on dvd?
Extra's --- The loops have obviously been done in a very poor bitrate,
because there is a thousand tons of digital pixilation. It is not the
original analog video or film that is the problem. It is the digital
mastering. I have seen vcd's with less.
Madam's bust loop-- dark and grainy.
Comercial loop-- Red car scene with mike horner. Is this on another
comp tape?
While transfering it, I corrected some of the problems with my plain
old sony comercial machine that has adjustments for color, contrast
bright ect. I would have thought that they could have done at least
that. But no. Alpha blue is the cheeziest place there is. They don't
even bother to run there stuff though a video equilizer and burn masters
in the standard industry bitrate (2 hours single layer). mes.
